Each country has its own legal system and therefore, its own legal drafting system. Unfortunately, with the world becoming smaller every day, you cannot escape dealing with legal problems in an international setting, involving many languages and cultures: people are migrating from one country to another country, entering into the setup of different cultures; companies make deals with others overseas; etc. This is where legal translation plays its significant part, dealing with translating legal documents with appropriate approaches and strategies, so as to ensure the accuracy and the validity of the document while maintaining the cultural acceptance. Legal documents include, but not limited to, MoUs, contracts, agreements, certificates, and laws and regulations.
